Add-On Print VDA 4994

The Add-On Print VDA 4994 contains print routines to print the standardised label from the delivery notes VDA 4913 and GLOBAL DESADV ( EDIFACT DESADV D.07A) in accordance with VDA recommendation 4994 in version 2.0 from July 2023.

The labels can be printed fully automatically or manually via the user interface. Individual labels can be selected for manual printing. Additional data required for printing from VDA 4913 can be conveniently edited via the user interface.

To use the VDA 4994 add-on, the EDI module and either the VDA 4913 add-on message and/or the EDIFACT DESADV D.07A (GLOBAL DESADV) add-on message are required.

Features

Using the Add-On Print VDA 4994 is extremely user-friendly and does not require any special set-up. Any master data required for printing can be conveniently edited via the !MC5 user interface.

The Module EDI and either the Add-On Message VDA 4913 and/or the Add-On Message EDIFACT DESADV D.07A (GLOBAL DESADV) are required to use the Add-On Print VDA 4994.

The Add-On enables the printing of labels in accordance with VDA recommendation 4994 version 2.0 from July 2023. The specification is based on the Global Transport Label (GTL V3.0), which was jointly developed by Odette, AIAG and JAMA/JAPIA and can be used in both national and international transport processes in the supply chain.

The printing of labels can be fully automated or manual via the user interface. Individual labels can be selected for manual printing.
