Various processes in !MC5 can be automated via the automation, for example the direct sending of files and the import and export of EDI messages. In the list, all rules are clearly displayed and can be sorted and grouped according to various criteria. If there are problems with individual rules, corresponding warnings are displayed directly in the list. All rules can be activated and deactivated individually. Further details on each rule can be displayed by expanding the node of the corresponding rule.
The following functions are available via the toolbar:
Create New Rule - Create a new rule.
Copy rule - Create a copy of the selected rule as a new rule.
Edit rule - Edit the selected rule
Delete rule - Delete the selected rule
Further functions are available via the context menu of the list:
Edit rule - edit the selected rule.
Edit mapping auto increments - Edit the current values of all auto increments of the conversion rule used by the selected rule.
Open target directory in Windows Explorer - Opens the target directory in a new Windows Explorer window. Only for rules with the target file.
Open source directory in Windows Explorer - Opens the source directory in a new Windows Explorer window. Only for rules with the source file.
Clear list of rejected files - Only for EDI import rules (target EDI inbox). If files matching the search mask of this rule were rejected by the filters of all matching EDI import rules, then this can be used to delete the internal list of these files so that the next import run will try to import these files again. If there are files matching this rule in the internal list of rejected files, a corresponding warning is displayed for this rule.
Create new rule - Creates a new rule.
Group by - Specify grouping of the display. The rules can be grouped by partner, type (auto send, EDI import, EDI export and import of externally received EDI data).
Show columns - This allows the Alias column to be turned on and off. Each rule has an internal alias, which is otherwise only displayed when you expand the extended information for the rule.
