Prerequisite for using the OFTP/ISDN module is that the system running on the !MC5 is connected to the ISDN network via an installed CAPI 2.0 (32Bit). This can be done via ISDN hardware installed in the system or, for example, via a LAN CAPI in connection with an ISDN router.
For a successful connection to your partner, you must have entered your own Odette identifier in advance. Further instructions are available in the chapter about OFTP / OFTP2.
The other settings for the OFTP/ISDN module can be found in the settings under Settings / OFTP/OFTP2 / ISDN.
The most important settings can be found in the Connection settings box: Under MSN for incoming calls, specify the phone number (MSN) under which !MC5 should receive calls. Under Full external number, specify the complete phone number to be used for outgoing calls. If the system is connected to the ISDN network via a PBX and an external line access code is required for outgoing calls, enter this under External call prefix.
