Notes on the input fields:

1) At least one entry required. For departments: There must be at least one department (department names can be omitted) and at least one final recipient in each department.
2) At least one contact person must have the entry partner data here.
3) If you right-click on one of these entry fields, you can select from a list of recommended terms. However, their use is not mandatory (apart from the restriction under 2) and is up to you.

As soon as you move the mouse pointer over an input field, the official VDA identifier for the field in question is also displayed. Mandatory fields are additionally marked with M in the overlay.
