Under Notes you have the possibility to enter free text. This can be used, for example, to store contact information for the respective partner or to record comments on the settings made or the progress during the setup of the partner. Optionally, you can use the option Show first line of notes in partner list to activate that the first line of the notes field in the partner list is displayed in brackets behind the partner name.
