Under Notes you have the option to enter free text. This can be used, for example, to store contact data for the respective partner or to record comments on the settings made or the progress during the setup of the partner. Optionally, you can use the Show first line of notes in partner list option to activate that the first line of the notes field in the partner list is displayed in brackets behind the partner name.
